Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at contact@fourmis.shop and send your item to: 20 Laubary, Bonnefond, 19170, France.

Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 3 Rue de la Pique, 66760 Latour-de-Carol.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
