XL hunting area assembly guide - old
Kit Contents

The XL Hunting Area Kit contains:
- 1 plexiglass base
- 1 peripheral ceiling and its plexiglass cover
- 4 plexiglass walls
- 2 input modules
- 3 caps
- 8 single feet
- 2 big feet
- 2 rings for input modules
- 1 cover outline
- 1 handle for the lid
- 8 3-hole brackets
- 20 2-hole brackets
- 10 screws of 25mm
- 67 8mm screws
- 77 nuts
The XL hunting area takes approximately 60 minutes to assemble.
Do not use a screwdriver to assemble the XL hunting area, the force exerted would be too strong and could damage it.
Step 1 - Mounting the input modules
Start by inserting a nut into each of the single legs.

Snap the single feet into their slots under the input modules.

Insert the 25mm screws from above the input modules and then screw them in.

Step 2 - preparing the brackets and large feet
Insert a nut into each of the bracket holes. The nuts should not be crooked to ensure proper assembly later. If the nut doesn't fit easily into a bracket hole, you can screw it onto the end of a screw to make it easier to insert.

Insert the remaining 25mm screws into the large feet. The screw head should fit completely into the foot and no longer be visible.

Step 3 - preparing the plexiglass plates
Remove the protective plastic from each side of the plexiglass plates.

Step 4 - Assembling the Base
Place the two large feet in the holes in the corners opposite the entry holes.
Place two three-hole brackets under the feet, on the other side of the plexiglass plate.

Screw the feet into the brackets.

Screw the brackets as shown in the photo below using 8mm screws.
Be careful not to fully tighten the screws yet. Be sure to leave a slight slack so that you can align all the parts later.

Position the input modules under the base as shown in the photo below.

While holding the input modules from below so as not to force the plexiglass plate , screw the rings to the input modules.

Step 5 - assembling the walls
Screw the walls to the base brackets. Remember, do not tighten the screws fully to allow for a slight slack for now.
The walls have no top or bottom, no left or right. They are placed in a staggered pattern against each other, so the first wall you place will determine the position of the following ones.
Make sure to align the walls with the base, while ensuring that the holes in the walls fall directly opposite the brackets in the base.

Screw brackets into the holes located halfway up the walls to secure them together. Again, do not tighten completely.

Then screw the last brackets onto the upper part of the walls.

Step 6 - Assembling the Perimeter Ceiling and Cover
Screw the perimeter ceiling onto the brackets. You can now fully tighten all the screws to solidify the structure. There's no need to apply excessive force when tightening.

Screw the cover surround and handle to the cover with the remaining screws and nuts.

The assembly is complete
The XL hunting area is ready to be connected like any other module.
